Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

If a puppy’s veterinary examination reveals discrepancies with the provided health records, or if the puppy is deemed unhealthy or diagnosed with genetic defects, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. This refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. However, for a replacement puppy, the buyer must obtain a written confirmation of genetic defects from two licensed veterinarians at different clinics.

Within the first 90 days following the purchase, if the buyer feels they can no longer provide adequate care for the puppy, they may return the puppy for a full refund. Before processing the refund, the breeder will conduct a health examination to ensure the puppy has not suffered due to changes in its environment. If the puppy is found to be unwell, the buyer will not qualify for a refund.

After 90 days from the purchase date, buyers are no longer eligible for a refund if they wish to return the puppy due to care concerns.

Return Policy:

If the buyer decides to return the puppy within the first 90 days due to an inability to provide care, they will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee.

After the 90-day period, the buyer remains responsible for the re-shipping fee if they wish to return the puppy for the same reason.

Should a veterinary checkup conducted by the buyer within the first 7 days of purchase find the puppy to be unwell or have genetic defects, the breeder will cover the re-shipping fee.

Return and Refund Process:

To initiate a return and refund, the buyer must complete the form located at the bottom of the page. The breeder will review the submission within 24-48 hours and begin the refund process within 3-5 business days.

While I have not had any puppies returned due to genetic defects or health issues, I maintain a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure peace of mind for all buyers. The only return I have experienced was from an owner who had to relocate abroad for work and couldn’t find a suitable caretaker.
